This is Yumichika Ayasegawa, and he, as well as a few other characters, happen to find Ganju "ugly".

"But Enigma, how can he call Ganju 'ugly' when he himself looks like a deformed erect penis?"
well, my response to that is... just wait until you see what he looks like POST-timeskip.

I don't know, but it definitely isn't attractive.
